In October of 2013, our Agency was fortunate to attend our first DR conference in Vail. Further, it was here where we met David Mandel (CEO of the Safe and Together Institute). It was here where we began learning about the Safe and Together principles and the importance of partnering with survivors in cases involving domestic abuse in order to enhance the safety and well-being of children.
