Land Acknowledgment

CFS Western Manitoba recognizes our place situated on Treaty 2 territory, which has historically served as a gathering place for the Anishinaabe, Cree, Oji-Cree, Dakota, and Dene peoples, as well as the traditional homeland of the Métis. We hold deep respect for the Treaties established on these lands, acknowledging the injustices and errors of the past. Our commitment lies in fostering a spirit of reconciliation and collaboration, and forging meaningful partnerships with Indigenous communities.
