2026 Annual General Meeting

Our Board of Directors invites you to be our guest at the CFS Western’s 2026 Annual General Meeting.

When:     Tuesday, June 2nd
Where:    Salon 1, Victoria Inn Hotel & Conference Centre – 3550 Victoria Ave, Brandon
Time:      11:45am Registration & Lunch; 12:00pm Meeting

AGM Program – Includes an Agency presentation and approval of the 2026-2027 Board of Directors

Membership and Voting Privileges – Any person within the jurisdiction of the Agency, upon application and payment of a $10 per year or $25 for three years membership fee, is entitled to membership and voting privileges as approved by the Board of Directors.

Resolution – Any resolution to be presented at the meeting is to be filed in writing with the Chief Executive Officer at least 48 hours before the meeting.

RSVP deadline: 10:00 AM on May 25th.
